Covid 19 letter

Dear Kyle in the Future Everyday when you wake up, count your blessings. One day you might wake up and get them all taken away from you. Which is exactly what happened in the global pandemic of Covid-19. At first it was just a rumor that we would all be going to cyberschool and missing a couple weeks. It sounded like a dream. It quickly turned into a nightmare. You didn't get to see your friends for 3 months and counting. You missed out on your whole freshman baseball season. You missed out on your hershey park trip. You missed making tons of memories just because of ignorant people who refuse to stay inside. You had to watch your friends get to hang out with each other but were stuck in your house. While you were able to get closer with your family, you got sick of them very quickly. Right now you dont know how much longer this is going to last. Romes Downfall Rome has one of the most historic empires in history. But unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and for Rome, they did not have a happy ending. One of the things that caused rome's downfall was how often they were raided by other tribes. For example, one of the tribes that often raided them were different barbarian tribes. Since they had a strong military and rome could not match them, they found themself getting raided quite a bit. Another issue that Rome had was they were financially unstable. They tried to gain to much land with not enough money and overpaid for a poor military. Due to this in important times they couldn't fund their people which also caused a downfall   Lastly one more thing that took down Rome was undivided as a culture. slaves made up 1/3 of Rome's population. Tiberius and Gaius attempted to help Rome's poor. They proposed reforms like limiting the size of estates and giving land to the poor. People loved Julius Ceasar as their ruler. Peaceful for 200 years because of pax romona.
